We offer this villa located in Gassin, just minutes from Saint-Tropez. The house can accommodate 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering all the necessary comforts. The villa comprises: - A large living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and tableware for preparing elaborate meals. In the living room, the large sofa is perfect for enjoying drinks by the fireplace in winter. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its en-suite bathroom. - A guest toilet. - A second bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. - Upstairs, you'll find the fully secure master bedroom with its walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower and bathtub. - A separate studio with a very comfortable 160x200cm sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The studio is completely separate from the villa. - A magnificent 12x6m infinity pool with a fully equipped pool house (fridge, stovetop, barbecue, sinks, storage) - Several terraces with views of the vineyards and hills. The terraces feature dining or relaxation areas with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and more. The property is fully air-conditioned. The villa is located in close proximity to the beach. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being able to easily enjoy the amenities of the Gulf of Saint Tropez: the village of Saint Tropez is just a few minutes' drive away, Pampelonne Beach, the famous Provençal Venice of Port Grimaud, the village of Ramatuelle, and many more. We also offer a variety of concierge services. Having been present in the Gulf for years, we know many establishments that can welcome you for waterfront lunches, festive or typical Provençal meals, as well as various activities such as boat rentals, water sports, winery tours, and more.
