With a robust experience that combines five dedicated years as a Real Estate Agent and 30 years as a Civil Engineer, I offer a unique combination of technical knowledge and market insight that can bring significant benefits to the Client. In my role as a Real Estate Consultant, I honed my skills in property marketing, client relations and market analysis. This experience has allowed me not only to develop a keen understanding of the dynamics of the real estate sector, but also to build strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders and investors. My commitment to understanding the needs of Clients and providing exceptional service has been the basis of my success in the real estate field. At the same time, my vast career as a Civil Engineer spans 30 years, including 9 years in Angola and 2 more in Timor-Leste. My engineering background has provided me with valuable skills in project management, structural calculation, and supervision of housing and road constructions, allowing me to successfully lead infrastructure projects in varied and very challenging environments. This combination of technical knowledge and real estate experience allows me to approach projects with a comprehensive perspective, responding to both the specificities of the design and the complexities of market positioning.
